Return/ Exchange Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your item contact us within 7 days of receipt. All items must have original tags, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Customer is responsible for shipping on returned items and store credit will be issued upon receiving the item.

Exchanges: Due to limited quantities of each item, we cannot guarantee an exchange. If the item is not available store credit will be issued.

Damaged Items: We thoroughly inspect all of our items before shipping, you should inspect them upon arrival also. If in the rare occasion you receive a damaged item, please email us within 3 days of receipt with an attached picture of the defect. If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.

DISCLAIMER: Colors and patterns may vary slightly due to different devices, lighting, etc. Items that appear to have a slight variance in color or pattern will not be considered defective.

*All clearance/ sale items are FINAL. 

All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of White Sage Threads, any signs of wear, alterations, make up, deodorant, etc. will not be accepted.
